Do partners pay any upfront fee to join?

No. There is no fee to apply, no fee to participate, and no fee to access the pipeline. We make money when our partners make money.

How long is the certification process?

System Integrator certification runs 3 to 4 weeks (platform training in weeks 1 to 2, hands-on assessment in weeks 3 to 4). Reseller sales enablement runs 2 weeks. Sales Lead Partner and Consulting Partner certifications are a 30 to 60-minute platform briefing.

How long does it take to implement SMART360?

A standard implementation typically takes 12 to 24 weeks. We use a phased migration approach to ensure your data is moved securely without interrupting your current billing cycles.

Is SMART360 compliant with utility regulatory reporting requirements?

Absolutely. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant and include automated reporting tools designed to meet Public Utility Commission (PUC) and federal regulatory requirements.
